Refund policy

Unless otherwise stated on a product sales page, we will issue refunds according to the following:

*pre-recorded courses, workshops and resourses: within 14 days or purchase

*live workshops & events: until the event starts

*online product purchases: if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to exchange the item. Contact initiating an exchange must be made within 14 days of delivery and the original item must be returned back to us no later than 30 days after delivery. All items returned must be in their original condition. 

It is extremely important to  review all photos of the product, to read the entire description and to double check the size of the item, materials used, color, etc. before making your purchase

Refunds will be made on a case per case basis. 

Twangela Crafted is not responsible for damage to an item due to manipulation of parts or intentional bending of parts, mishandling the item from the customer or any other scenarios not related to an item being damaged or defective during transit. Always handle items with love and care.
