Shipping policy

All orders are typically processed between 10 & 14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Custom orders will be discussed and a processing time will be given when deposit is paid. We are a small operation, during holidays or busier periods, the processing time may increase. You will be notified if this is the case. Shipping times vary, but shoppers can expect delivery within 5 days of shipment for North American shoppers.

Twangela Crafted is not responsible for errors made by shipping carriers, such as lost packages, delays or additional fees & taxes. We are not responsible for any package being lost or stolen. 

If your package is delayed or didn't arrive when expected, please contact us and we will assist you with a claim when necessary. 

Local delivery:

Free local delivery is available on orders of over $50 to the 21613 and 21601 area codes. For orders under $50 we charge a $10 delivery fee. Deliveries are made from 9am-5pm Monday-Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
